DESCRIPTIONS OF VOLUNTEER DUTIES                CHAPERONE GUIDELINES

.

In the future I will be emailing info as it becomes available from the Directors for each game. I think most of us don't really know our schedules for the week till it starts. For those of you who work outside the home there will be Saturday games that you will be able to chaperone, if the Fri and Thurs game schedules don't work for you.

This year Chaperones will be required to wear the band shirt while chaperoning, it is similar to the kids band shirt, but a different color. The shirts are available for $10. You will also be given a lanyard with your name on it to wear at the game, to be returned after the game. You may watch the game, but I would prefer that you decide amongst yourselves who takes the first half with the kids and who takes the second half. Not all 12 have to be with the kids at all times. But be within eyesight of them incase you need to leave the stands as backup. Please stay in a place where you will be able to be called upon.

If a couple of you can be there between 4:00 and 4:30 to help ice down the drinks that would be helpful. Let me know who you are and I will confirm those assignments as well.

If you do not prefer to chaperone games let me know, I am working off of a list of folks that checked chaperoning and may not necessarily want to do games.

I would have liked to have had a meeting of bus chaperones to go over guidelines, however we may not have a chance. I have attached a copy of the Chaperone Guidelines, please read over them, they are self explanatory.

If you have any questions you may email me  Brendagchan@hotmail.com or Terri Mitchell terri4344@gmail.com

Thank you for volunteering and I will see you at the game.
